We will rely on some information provided by you about your property and lease, but will also research specialist property databases, relativity tables and the latest valuation tribunal decisions.
In addition to the Desk Top Report our Full Report includes a property inspection, analysis of the lease and, if required, initial contact with the freeholder to commence proceedings.
The Full Report is recommended where a Section 42 notice is likely to be served or in cases where you would like to use our follow up Negotiation Service.
For clients that have taken out our Full Report we provide a Negotiation Service either on an informal basis or under the statutory provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
We rely on the information gathered when providing you with our Full Report, the latest valuation tribunal decisions and of course our previous experience in negotiating favourable settlements for leaseholders in your position. We will usually provide our Negotiation Service on a no saving no fee basis.
