Leasehold Assist has nationwide coverage. While the majority of our work is in London and the south east we also undertake instructions throughout the remainder of England and Wales.
We provide a full director level service to all our clients from the initial inspection to the final settlement.
Leasehold Assist is a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is bound by their rules and regulations and the company is backed by £2m of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
